The Minimalists believe that material clutter is often a physical manifestation of our internal lives. So if you want to deal with the psychological clutter you feel inside, you must first tackle the junk that’s all around you.

That’s why our friend Courtney Carver, whom you may remember from our documentary, Minimalism, created Soulful Simplicity, a six-week video course designed to help you declutter your home—and then your heart and mind.

Courtney’s material is unlike any simplicity offering out there. You can start this course if you are in the middle of a wake-up call, or if you are in the middle of a breakdown trying to find your way back to you. Over six weeks, you’ll learn how to say “no,” set boundaries, avoid distractions, and let go of everything that’s in the way. You’ll also dive into a closet experiment more life-changing than wardrobe-changing.

If you’re curious and want to learn more, check out Soulful Simplicity. Early registration opens today, Monday, September 9 (early bird price: $99). Regular registration starts tomorrow, Tuesday, September 10, and closes on September 18 (regular price: $129).
