Three years ago, my friend Dr. Paul Saladino, asked me to help him make an artistic, dogma-free film about simplifying the human diet.
I loved the concept, so I began assembling a creative team. Over the past few years, 87 people have worked on this project. It’s finally finished, and I’m taking it on tour.
Why did we make this film?
Because you probably have a loved one who’s suffering…
Whether it’s your mom with joint pain, your dad on multiple medications, or a friend who’s always exhausted, we’ve normalized being sick.
We’ve accepted pain, fatigue, and gut issues as “normal.”
People are suffering, and it doesn’t have to be this way.
For most of human history, we lived without widespread chronic disease. Somewhere along the way, we lost the user manual for being human.
This documentary is the path to finding it again, revealing what made humans thrive for hundreds of thousands of years. And this December, we’re going on tour to share it with you.
At each of these red-carpet premieres, Dr. Paul and I will take the stage after each screening for an intimate conversation, followed by an audience Q&A.
Come by yourself, or bring someone you love, and let this film start the conversation.
